★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bris de crémaillère suite à la pose de pneus... celui qui m’a répond était bête et arrogant lorsque j’ai demandé si c’était normal qu’aucuns techniciens en pose de pneus aillent remarquer... j’ai eu comme réponse « là job était le balancement et la pose, le reste c’était pas notre job » résultat 14 jours pile plus tard, par instinct je me suis rendu au concessionnaire... Ma roue était sur le point d’arracher... mais personne n’a rien vu... extrêmement déçue... démarches en cours....
Broken rack following the installation of tires ... the one who answered me was stupid and arrogant when I asked if it was normal that no tire technicians would notice ... answer "the job was the swing and the pose, the rest was not our job" result 14 days later, by instinct I went to the dealership ... My wheel was about to tear ... but nobody saw anything ... extremely disappointed ... steps in progress ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes arrivé là sur la remorqueuse, suite à une crevaison. La dame qui nous a servi à tout fait pour régler notre problème et nous permettre de reprendre nos vacances. Elle a été excellente (malgré son collègue un peu gossant qui lui faisait du "mansplaining"...)
We arrived there on the tow truck, following a puncture. The lady who served us did everything to sort out our problem and allow us to resume our vacation. She was excellent (despite her somewhat fat colleague who did "mansplaining" ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vol! Service exceptionnel de la part du technicien Kevin. Le service a été offert en jour férié. Kevin y a été puis qu'il avait un autre client qui s'en venait . Au moment de payer il n'y avait pas la possibilité de payer sur place et j'ai du laisser mon numéro de carte. Le technicien ne savait pas combien d'argent ça allait couter. Normalement la réparation d'une crevaison coûte entre 40 et 50 dlls, m'a dit Kevin. Le lendemain, la facture sur ma carte est de 204 dlls!! 4 fois le prix du normal! Je peux comprendre et accepter le double pour le service, voire 100 dlls de plus! mais 204 dlls c'est excessif. Je me demande si Kevin touche au moins un peu à cette quantité d'argent exagéré.
Flight! Exceptional service from technician Kevin. The service was offered on a public holiday. Kevin was there and then he had another client coming. When paying there was no possibility to pay on the spot and I had to leave my card number. The technician didn't know how much money it was going to cost. Normally it costs between 40 and 50 dlls to repair a flat tire, Kevin told me. The next day, the bill on my card is 204 dlls !! 4 times the price of normal! I can understand and accept double for the service, even 100 dlls more! but 204 dlls is excessive. I wonder if Kevin is at least touching that inflated amount of money a little bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a flat coming off dirt roads on Saturday the 26/06/2021. We went to the other tyre shop in town wanted to charge me 800$ for 2 tyres that was his only solution for me!!! No thanks we just put 2 brand new tyres to do our trip… went down the road to these guys gave us exceptional service did not have a tyre for us but had a solution and for a very reasonable price! 2 thumbs up proof there are still good people in this world!!!
