Par contre j'aurais aimé que vous m'informiez que vous ne pouviez pas me remettre mon auto temporairement réparé pour la fin de semaine pour que je puisse aller à mes rendez-vous. Aussi une voiture de courtoisie aurais été tellement apprecier. Mais jai très confiance en votre compétence et je suis assuré d être bien réparé avec vous. Je sais que l'ont ne peut contrôler les impoderants merci de prendre soins de mon vehicule
I liked being received with kindness. On the other hand, I would have liked you to inform me that you could not give me my temporarily repaired car for the weekend so that I can go to my appointments. Also a courtesy car would have been so appreciated. But I have great confidence in your competence, and I am sure to be made good with you. I know that we cannot control the impoders thank you for taking care of my vehicle
