Paul Challen graduated from SAIT in 2003 as a Plumber & Gas Fitter. He has gained experience in all fields of plumbing and gas fitting, but has extensive residential and commercial construction experience, as well as in service and maintenance. Paul is also a certified installer for Rinnai and Navien tankless water heaters. A family man, he has been married 30 years, has 2 adult sons and a black lab named Diesel. He recently added a new puppy to the mix. His name is Kona! Paul is professional, easy to work with and provides exceptional quality of work at great value!

I appreciate that he did a covid screening and wore a mask when in our home during these weird times. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with another plumber but he was unable to do it on that day so he arranged for Paul to help me out. Paul called and was still able to do it on the original day which was great. He couldn’t get it all done on the one day so he came back the following and finished up.
He did an excellent job and I would absolutely recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Phoned Paul on Friday to set up a time to replace two outdoor taps and once again service was prompt and he scheduled a time for that Monday. Workmanship was great and he was done in no time.
I would most definitely recommend him to anyone who requires a plumber.

He was very professional and did the jobs very quickly at very reasonable rates. A friend had referred him to us and we first used him to fix a poly B line leak at my dad's place. He fit him in his schedule quickly and repaired leak at a much better rate than what some competitors quote were for. He does not try to up sale or pressure you into doing other work. Thanks Paul
