From start to finish - Colin and Charlie in planning, Ian and Alistair in carpentry, Dominic and Matthew in glass work and finishing and Shadd with the overall execution of the project and wrapping it up! Well worth the investment - we wish we had done it earlier, and now will be selling our house. It only adds to the value and appeal AND we will be calling them to do a new deck on our new house once we have possession! Can’t wait to do this again with them and enjoy their beautiful and excellent work!

Their excellent job was completed quickly and efficiently with great consideration given to not only craftsmanship, but also cleanup and disruption to others. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I deal with a many contractors and trades; Charlie and his team are now one of those on the top my list. The experience from the first contact with their sales rep Davin, to confirming details and design with Heiko, and finally reconfirming details and project delivery with Charlie was second to none. Charlie's only focus was customer satisfaction and ensuring the delivery a quality product. Their carpenter, Shadd, is a true craftsman. The pricing was fair and reasonable, especially at a time when lumber is at an all time high.
The whole experience and end result exceeded our expectations.

We had a custom deck covering designed and installed and couldn't be happier. Professionalism, courtesy, great communication, good prices, and better than expected service start to finish. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Steve advised us on some aspects of our original design and then the team came in to measure and go over every feature in detail. Timelines were set and everything was done absolutely on time with great quality, not a single problem. Paul and Nial did excellent work building the deck and reinforcing concrete pillars on a slope. Travis and Khash came in to build the cover and worked with us on some fine details, John measured out the railings and built them to spec. Everything fit together perfectly. The whole team were personable and really good to work with. It was overall a great experience, and Charlie was a delight to coordinate with. We will be using Plus Construction for our front deck.

They were professional, offered me options, kept me informed on next steps and most importantly cared that I love the end result. I DO! It is the most beautiful pergola I have ever seen - I am glad I went with the upgraded one. The craftsman ship of it all makes it a feature, not just practical. I feel like I levelled up my backyard game 1000% percent and am giving all my neighbours pergola envy! Could not recommend more!
