I recommend them 110% Very professional, they do take the time and explain the pricing or the procedures and very friendly. They do not pressure you and they even reassure you. They are honest and very transparent. First contact was established not even 5 minutes after submitting a submission request on their website. They sent 2 amazing plumbers (Manu and Simon) on their next regular business day. Even with a delay in the morning due to something out of their control, they kept contact with us to inform us on their new arrival time. Once on site, they notified me immediatly that the pricing announced over the phone was inadequate as the job was way bigger than described. I agreed to the new verbal agreement and they proceeded with the work. They did more than expected and the job is clean and precisely done. They did not leave any garbage on site. These guys are a blessing!

I used Plombier expert a few times and am quite pleased with their service. Dylan has repaired a few things at several of my units and he is always on time, friendly and experienced. He is efficient and is consciousness of costs and quality of the work he is doing. I would recommend Dylan and Giovanni to anyone looking for a good, high quality service at an affordable price. Most plumbers I have used in the past end up making me feel I am being taken advantage of but Giovanni and Dylan are trustworthy and are great at what they do. You will surely enjoy the experience of working with them as well.

Plumber was 2.5 hours late, left the room with an inch high puddle of water under the stairs that he could have pumped in 2 minutes, after I had provided a clean and dry space, could not wait 10 minutes when he wanted to leave and I was with a client, working remote, and tried to charge for a 60-gallon for installing a 40-gallons - and trampled my flowerbed instead of using the path, saving 2 seconds of time. I'm still scooping and am left very disappointed, won't use again. I saw hours later he had disactivated the smoke alarm and did not plug the battery back, I am just shocked.

Plombier Expert really saved our butts! We found a leak in our built-in-1850s-home and they sent Mohamed as an emergency plumber to look at it. He was quick and professional, and even though he had to open a few different walls to find the problem, he really avoided doing unnecessary damage and the holes were very clean, that even I can do the re-plastering, if need be. Unfortunately the work that needed to be undertaken was a lot more thank expected-- a very old sewage pipe that was broken for a length of 6ft, and spanned between two floors!!! The next day they sent Jean-Cébastien and O'Brien, and for the next two days they really got to work, assessing the problem and fixing it. They were polite and communicative. They were also very careful about any demolition, and involved us and explained options whenever we needed to make a major decision. Jean-Céb even found two more leaks and fixed them, they were extremely thorough! Plus, because we already had them around, we added on a last minute task of replacing a shower where the hot water wasn't working. They finished that well and quickly, and cleaned up and took every piece of debris with them. This was a very expensive job overall because of the snowball effect, but absolutely necessary. The before and after is a huge update to the house and immediately apparent. It's actually kind of miraculous it was done so well and in such a short amount of time. Currently the company is even in contact with our home insurance guys to see if we can recoup some of the costs. Very grateful to this team and would recommend them to all my friends.

I had a frozen outdoor pipe, no water for 2 days The team was very responsive, Katryn replied to my web request within minutes and got an appointment. The team came in on-time with a well equiped truck with all the necessary tools. They were very professional and polite and did a clean job.

Do not use this company! I do not recommend them! I had a hot water issue so I called them to come to my house to review the problem ($250 for the trip + $190/hr procedure). The plumber arrived and after a quick review that took no more than 20 minutes the suggestion was to replace the hot water tank(my tank has 5 years of use)- when I asked for more details the plumber mentioned that he didn't have the time to review in detail the tank to find the problem because he had other appointments that day (which is not my problem), however when I asked for the quote to replace the tank, he was able to call right away to the company and in a matter of minutes the quote to replace the tank was almost $2,000; ironically, now he had the time available later that day or next day early in the morning to replace the water thank. Due to this lack of professionalism, I didn't follow his advice. To top it off, this visit costed me $505 dollars which is a farce since nothing was done - literally I paid them to come to my house and tell me that I needed to replace my tank. Ridiculously high fees $$$ Ironically, next day I called another company so I could have other opinion. The plumber came to my house and after spending one hour they were able to find the problem and fix it - the heater element was in bad condition and was replaced . All this work costed me $370 ($229 service call/hour + $94 element replacement). Huge difference in terms of plumbing skills and professionalism. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
