★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually ordered my chairs through Wayfair but they came from Createch. I expected commercial grade leather on the chairs. But after a few years they are shedding the outer layer of fabric. I had a couple of emails about my chairs from Createch but nothing definitive on if they could help me or why they didn’t hold up. The chairs were beautiful and I’m very sad this happened.
