Cela fait 2 ans qu'ils devaient finir le travail....nous attendons toujours. Aucun code éthique ni moral Sad to see that we are not alone in being in the same situation. We have been without water for 4 days and the manager does not answer any of our calls where sms. It's been 2 years since they had to finish the job .... we are still waiting. No ethical or moral code

Réparation d'un muret de béton en mettant du ciment et retire un clapet de notre pompe sous prétexte que le bruit vient de là. Peu de temps après le mur est à nouveau a réparer et il n'est jamais revenu porter le clapet malgré plusieurs demandes de notre part parce que la pompe part 2x plus souvent. Nous a même fait attendre en disant passer 2 jours d'affilée et n'appelle pas pour aviser qu'il ne passera finalement pas le porter. Très mauvais service a la clientèle. Same negative experience as the previous lady. Repair of a concrete wall by putting cement and removing a valve from our pump under the pretext that the noise comes from there. Shortly after, the wall was to be repaired again and it never came back to carry the valve despite several requests from us because the pump started twice more often. Even made us wait by saying to spend 2 days in a row and did not call to advise that he ultimately will not wear it. Very poor customer service.
