★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your web page says the clinic is open until 3 PM But , when I came in for blood work at 1:55 PM , I was told that the clinic closes at 2 PM and I was refused service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is not about the staff or people who work in the facility. It's about whoever manages their posted hours. They need to update their lunch hour on both the web site and phone message. Yes, I checked both before driving in there. The actual hour for lunch is 11:30 to 12:30, not 12 to 12:45. Drove in from out of town to find this out. Wasted a bunch of time. So be advised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reported to the clinic this morning at 8.05am from Lake Country, and was greeted by a very pleasant lady at the front reception, then went on to the Vision Centre area to wait for my Cataract surgery with Dr Hollands, When I was called in the staff were very friendly and made you feel at ease. It all went very well and was very professionally done. I have no complaints.
