Kyle literally does an amazing job at knowing the exact body parts to target and literally relieves my pain as much as possible. He’s an honest, charismatic, knowledgeable guy and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone ten-folds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a great kinesiologist and personal trainer. He’s very knowledgeable and sharp in finding out the problem and coming up with solutions.
I started my sessions with severe limitations to my shoulders and back pain. Kyle was able to diagnose my issues and prescribed a plan to help me gain more mobility and movement. He started off with kinesiology treatments and now has me going to weekly training with him. My back pain has reduced by a great amount and I’m able to go back to yoga classes with more confidence. Kyle is very professional, modest and friendly.

Kyle was able to identify some are key areas that required intense stretching to regain flexibility and restore my hips to the correct position.
