This office was so accommodating and caring that I wasn’t afraid of getting my teeth brought back into good condition. Dr. Berman and all the staff are spectacular.

I hope she will remain that way because it makes a big difference for the customers to patronize the same dental clinic. The reason is in my previous dental clinic the receptionist/s were nice at first meetings. In the long run they changed which is sad because the customers can notice and feel their aura. I like the young female doctor because she's so focused and detailed about dental matters in explaining them to the patient. I would love to make this dental clinic my permanent clinic. And highly recommend it to friends. I've only found this clinic by my own research through Google. Oh, and their dental equipments are technologically advance. They are very technologically updated. And the hygienist was very warm and welcoming as well. She made the patient feel comfortable. Hope she remains working there too. And to my kababayans in the Filipino community in North York area and Toronto as well, mag try kayo dito sa Platinum Dental Care clinic magagaling mga doctor at very concern and focus sa dental care ninyo. c	celia furieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception needs training, I've been to many dentists and never had the experience I have had here. Dentist was nice but the experience all together was poor. Seems they don't do a thorough cleaning and want to bring you in an out just as quickly. constant phone calls and text messages and if you don't pick they call you 5 minutes later blocked. We are switching dentists due to this experience and being blatantly lied to.

In the past 40 years I have had only 3 dentists. The 1st two were competent, but not in Tracy's league. She combines technical skill with the utmost professionalism. Recently she steered me through 2 emergencies, arranged for me to be seen immediately by an excellent orthodontist, and followed up with skillfully placing a crown on a badly damaged tooth. She has an excellent referral network, her dental hygienists are superb, and her Practice Coordinator Randi is on the ball.

She explain everything in detail before she proceed to the procedure to make you feel comfortable and safe. Plus she's very approachable and beautiful inside and out. Lastly, I also like to commend her Dental Assistant, Ma'am Katherine, she's very friendly. Her smile and greetings before anything else makes me feel relief because I know she's gonna be in my side during the procedure, I feel extra safe when she's around. Love them both! ❤️
