★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kara is an exceptional massage therapist and an all round good soul. She is easy to talk to, and exceptional at her craft. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I feel comfortable going to see her, and have no doubt that she will help with my muscle issues. I saw her for the first time when my regular massage therapist was fully booked, and have been going ever since. A down-to-earth, caring, local girl building her own business in her own place. We need more of this in Grande Prairie! You will not be sad about checking out Planted Wellness Co., I guarantee it.

Kara is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Planted Wellness Co and I will be back soon!!

Planted Wellness has a lovely atmosphere - the front area has water fountain, plants, soothing decor. The Massage rooms are perfectly lit, comfortable, calming & relaxing! 5 stars!
