I woke up in excruciating pain this morning and called to book an appointment around 9:45 am, the female receptionist that took my call was extremely short tempered and disrespectful towards me. Worst costumer service I've ever had. In field where you're dealing with people who are in pain, a friendly understanding attitude goes a long way, which she did not have whatsoever. I will be finding a new chiropractor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoight I would try here since the usual place I go was closed still cause of covid. The staff there are really nice but that about all I can say. I wentnin to get adjusted and asked for that but nope. I left there with the same pain in my back as I did showing up. I asked for a full adjustment and all they could do was try and sell me services I didn't want and didn't ask for. They don't really listen to what the patient wants. I personally won't be going back. I will wait for the person I see to open up again and go there cause they listen to the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had an absolutely terrible experience. The Chiropractor worked on his back and now he is having to go for surgery, he is only 31 years old. Multiple doctors and opinions have all come back to say it was the Chiropractor who caused this. He should have known better and should not have done the work.he did to his back. Woo hoo for short term disability and months of recovery due to carelessnes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, I usually go here for massages and they are always wonderful here. I went for chiropractic care as well and I know it takes a process for lower back healing but even though I wanted them to do more about it, they provided good quality care for me.
