Gentle sales tactics were greatly appreciated. Delivery of the Sungrow20 kit from Ontario CA, to Vermont USA was uncomplicated and quick. I will review again when we put the kit together, but after watching it done on Planta's Youtube video, we expect no problems. Looks like a giant erector set ?. So til then, Thanks for great service and great pricing. Kit went together very well. Highly recommend Planta Greenhouses.

N	Nathan Walters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The set up was complicated and time consuming. The instructions are not clear and the parts are poorly labeled. For something that can only be put together one way, the parts should be clearly labeled.
J	Jennifer Briere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like they designed the Sigma 20 greenhouse and no one ever tried putting it together with the parts and hardware they ship to people to see if it actually works. There are no instructional videos for construction of the Sigma 20 like there are for the sungrow. And no, the knowledge is not transferable. The written instructions are worse than anything from IKEA and I had to get many different replacements of hardware because the stuff they sent was usually too short or in short supply. The battens around the top of the windows can't be used because then the window won't open. Maybe, I read the instructions wrong. A VIDEO WOULD BE HELPFUL!! After much ingenuity on my part, and many extra dollars out of my pocket, I got it set up but I'm still fighting with the windows. I would not recommend this product to anyone until they get some videos and the proper hardware. ?
D	Douglas Sandall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general I’m happy with the sun grow green house but be aware, it doesn’t come with any skylights. If you don’t order them with the initial order, you will end up paying, what is in my opinion, an exorbitant shipping price. 45.00 a piece.
