Une autre personne hérite donc de notre dossier. Aussi, on nous promet un délai X qui finit par être rallongé de 1½ mois. L'estimé des coûts versus la facture finale est passé du simple à presque le double. Je ne les recommande pas du tout...
At the start, we show up at the appointment fixed 2 days earlier and on D-day, the person who had given us the appointment was not there. Another person therefore inherits our file. Also, we are promised a period X which ends up being extended by 1½ months. The cost estimate versus the final bill went from simple to almost double. I do not recommend them at all ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite a un sinistre, mon entrepreneur m'a suggéré de faire affaire avec eux. Après avoir payé 50% des frais, un technologue est venu prendre les mesures. Par la suite, ils ont été incapable de respecter leur échéancier donc, je me suis tournée vers une autre firme.
J'ai demandé un remboursement (les frais du technologue étant inférieur au 50% déjà versé), ça fait un an et absolument aucun suivi de leur part.
Suite à l'avis ci-haut, l'entreprise m'a contacté afin d'effectuer le remboursement. Cela a pris moins d'un mois pour régler la situation.
Following a disaster, my contractor suggested that I do business with them. After paying 50% of the cost, a technologist came to take the measurements. Subsequently, they were unable to meet their deadline, so I turned to another firm.
I asked for a refund (the technologist's fees being less than the 50% already paid), it's been a year and absolutely no follow-up on their part.
Following the above notice, the company contacted me to make the refund. It took less than a month to resolve the situation.

I have signed contract with them for custom plan
August 12 , now November 16 still waiting
In their own Contract, plan should be ready in less then a month, I just get emails for last couple of weeks next week I’ll work on it!
They prioritize bigger contracts and will have no problem putting your house behind schedule!
