★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheese cake was not fresh and it tastes bad. This place looks like local and fresh, but I guess the cakes are not made here and was not bought the same day they sell it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In accordance with the tight space, there isn't that much selection and what there is seems to come in little more than ones and twos. Most of this is, as the name suggests, bread. There were a couple cakes, as well as a handful of baked goods. All seem to be what I would consider European-inspired, but simpler (and more unpretentious) than the French-style patisseries scattered throughout the city....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get excellent espresso in my area and freshly baked bread. Way better than the commercial garbage from Metro store which is next door. Can't speak to the quality of their patisseries or sandwiches as I don't buy them, but when I buy my coffee I do see that they put out fresh sandwiches every day. I kind of agree with the review below stating that the owner tends to hire 'pretty faces' but hey after all like they say, 'sex sells'. Not all of them speak English, but they make it up with a great smile (what's great way to start a day:-) and eventually you'll get what you want! Based on my experience I give them 4 stars as there is always room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i got there the interac machine wasn't charged so I had to wait for that, but fair enough. The second time i got there was a Monday, the Bakery is closed on Mondays but fair enough my bad for not checking. Today we are Thursday and it is closed for no apparent reason, that's why I can't go back there... Unreliable sadly. Also croissants are good but should be cooked more (at least until slightly crispy) they were so soft but the crunch is important to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gem! The lime pie and baguette were delicious!! I also tried an arancini ball and a couple of the meat/veggie pies. Perhaps those sat a bit too long as the pastry was was a bit old and tough when reheated. I did return again for lime pie and baguette and they were as delicious the 2nd time around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice low key bakery. I only had the plain and almond/chocolate croissants but they were both delicious and freshly baked. The pastries looked good, although sadly didn’t have any room left to try them!
