★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Don’t order anything from there. They came 1h30 late to an event with dirty equipment and took it back 24h later. The service was mediocre for the price. They were also very rude over the phone. Do not recommend, it is a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT reserve services or equipment with Planète Amusement. They took my reservation for a ping pong table. I called the week before to confirm the reservation. No answer. Left several messages throughout the week. Still no reply. Sent an e-mail. Nothing. They never showed up on the day of the reservation. Still haven't received a phone call or e-mail.
EDIT: They phoned today to say that they moved last week and that's why it took 13 days to return my call. I asked why they didn't deliver the table. She said because they moved. I asked why they didn't contact customers to cancel reservations if they were moving. She repeated "We moved last week". Oh, that explains it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasure dealing with Planete Amusement. I called them a couple of days before my son’s bday. I had measured the space in my yard and Hachem(sp?) was able to counsel me on which bouncy castle would fit. We then arranged for a convenient time for a pick up during the long weekend (Victoria Day). I showed up and he was waiting for me, he placed the item in my car and we were off to the races. My son and his friends had a ball, everything worked perfectly. I couldn’t return the castle the next day because my car was in the shop and so we arranged to drop it off the next morning at no extra cost. It was a perfect customer experience and I will no doubt rent from Planete Amusement again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company Is not professional and a nightmare to deal with. My experience Is not the first as I read the comments, I hope I can inform people before having to go through all this. Really bad service and time consuming only to reserve something as they are not organized and don't keep a registry of inventory. I rented the snake and It came so dirty that it tooked me almost 3 hours to clean just so the game could be usable. When I returned the game I mentioned it to the owner and he looked shocked telling me that he had a lot of costumers and It wasn't his fault but he would give me a future rent. So I called him and he would ignore my calls for a week and only after texting him that I was going to pass by to get my free rent, his colleague named Roberto called me and instead of fixing the problem he just gave me excuses and informed me that he wouldn't give me back my rent after all and letting me understand that his time was more important than mine. I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented inflatable obstacle course for my kids birthday party.
After quite a research, I can say it’s reasonably priced with lots of time to enjoy: the inflatable arrived on Friday afternoon and was picked up Monday morning - kids (and adults) had lots of fun.
Ordering was easy, responses were instant by text/call. The delivery was timely and the delivery guys were so nice and helpful with everything.
Really a seamless experience - definitely will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental was great! My daughter had the time of her life. We chose to pick it up ourselves (you definitely need an SUV or large vehicle), but next time I would pay for the delivery and installation because it was a struggle to get it to the backyard and then figure out how to fold it back up and get it back in our truck. Will definitely use them again! The price is great and it's for the whole weekend!! We had a problem the weekend we originally rented it for, I called very last minute to explain and they were VERY accommodating and we were able to get it the weekend after with no problems. Merci encore!
