E	Etienne Parent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie, travail mal fais et l'entrepreneur ne veux même pas venir voir l'états des planchers donc j'ai repayer un autre entrepreneur pour refaire le sablage en totalité. I do not recommend this company, job poorly done and the contractor does not even want to come and see the condition of the floors so I repay another contractor to redo the sanding completely.

M	Miguel Tanguay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ méchant cabochon jen revien pas, appeller starplanchers ca cest des vrai pro avec un vrai service,de la franchise et jen passe au moin eux ont fais le travail ,plancher ags sont des voleurs je ne dirai pas toute l'histoire mais il étais filmer chez moi et jai vu tous se qu'ils on fais en tu cas je vais arreter trop en criss nasty cabochon I can't get over it, calling starplanchers it's real pro with real service, frankness and I pass at least they did the job, floor ags are thieves I will not tell the whole story but he was filming at me and I saw all what they do in you case I will stop too much criss

Je les informe poliment que je dois bientôt quitter et ils me disent qu'ils doivent sortir de la marchandise du camion. Il y a de place partout dans la rue, est-ce nécessaire de bloquer? I am one of the neighbors near where they are doing construction work. They park in front of my parking lot and I can't get out. I politely inform them that I have to leave soon and they tell me that they have to get some goods out of the truck. There is room everywhere in the street, is it necessary to block it?

En plus l'ouvrier me fait les commentaires que mon plancher est de qualité avec des petits piqués dans le bois ... mais pas capable de me dire que j'ai un éclipse de 3 pouces en avant de la télévision. Rappel le proprio, Oui oui je vais passer la semaine prochaine pas de nouvelles! je dépose une plainte à la RBQ d'ici à vendredi... tu peux communiquer avec moi pour réparer ton travail mal fait!! je m'appelle F. Il devait revenir corriger une marche qui était moins bien réussie et après un an et 8 appels au propriétaire de la compagnie, j'ai finalement laissé tomber... Il me disait chaque fois qu'il passerait la semaine prochaine, ou dans quelques jours, ou après une grosse job... Toujours plus tard, mais finalement jamais revenu. Il m'a conseillé de laver mon plancher huilé avec du savon à vaiselle, résultat quelques mois plus tard, le plancher est tout plein de marque, car selon un autre spécialiste, le savon à vaiselle retire l'huile... Logique! The job is well done and at a good price, but a boss really 'cabochon' and without words. He had to come back to correct a walk that was less successful and after a year and 8 calls to the owner of the company, I finally gave up... He told me each time he would come next week, or in a few days , or after a big job... Always later, but never came back. He advised me to wash my oiled floor with dish soap, result a few months later, the floor is full of marks, because according to another specialist, the dish soap removes the oil... Logic!

They had everything done in a couple of days and the pricing was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them, 5 stars!!!
