Le service et les connaisses , service conseils tu ne trouve pas sa nul parts, le bois pour ébénisterie.aux complet . Tout ce que sa prend c'est un numéro de téléphone de retours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je recommande fortement pour vos besoins en bois d’ébénisterie pour vos projets. Un service très personnalisé… Le gars est un vrai passionné du bois, il connait son affaire et ça parait. Ça change disons des gros bougons auxquels on a trop souvent affaire dans le monde du bois.
I highly recommend for your cabinetry needs for your projects. A very personalized service… The guy is a real wood enthusiast, he knows his stuff and it shows. It's a change, let's say, big buggers that we have too often to deal with in the world of wood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque j'ai appelé pour savoir s'il avait des grosseurs de bois en stock pour une essence spécifique, il m'a confirmé qu'il en avait alors je suis allé le lendemain. Arrivé là-bas, il avait seulement une partie de ce que je désirais et l'autre partie était à un entrepôt. Puisque je n'achetais pas une assez grande quantité de bois, il ne voulait pas livré le stock manquant malgré le fait que j'ai appelé la journée précédente. Il me vendait que le stock qu'il avait serait meilleur pour faire mon projet, ce qui était faux puisque ce n'était pas ce que je voulais. Le temps de la facturation arrive et j'avais pris soins de bien calculer la quantité que n'achetais. Il a inscrit 5 pmp (8% de la quantité de bois) de plus sur la facture en justifiant que ce coût lui était charger par les fournisseurs. Cependant, ce détail n'a jamais été mentionner avant le temps de payer et j'avais déjà choisi mon bois.
Ce qui serait apprécié concernant les services de l'entreprise est que nous ayons la bonne information lorsque nous appelons pour éviter de nous déplacer inutilement et que le prix au pmp inclus le séchage de 8%.

Vous devriez être clair et honnête.
Je ne suis pas satisfait du plancher "Select avec un peu de nœud" que j'ai commandé. Vous m avez livré un grade pacifique et même rustique. En plus, la majorité des planches sont courtes et même moins de 12".
Malheureusement pour moi, je n étais pas chez nous lorsque le planchiste a ouvert les boites et installé le plancher.
Soyez honnête avec les gens et indiquez sur les bons de commande "Grade Pacifique" et non pas Select.
Pour les clients qui veulent faire affaire avec Les BoisA1Select, surtout ne donnez pas un cent avant la livraison et vérification.
