★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean appartements. Website claims that heat is included, it is not. Heat is transferred from your hot water tank which you must pay the rental and pay for the natural gas that feeds it so I don't understand why they would say that. The colder the weather the more expensive my gas bill is.
