★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cet avis concerne les Immeubles Claude Desroches. Personnel courtois (concierge, secrétaire). On a un super appartement rénové. Toutefois, l'entretien du bloc laisse à désirer (par exemple, les tapis ne sont pas lavés depuis plusieurs années) et les travaux dans le corridor s'étirent (déjà 1 an et demi que c'est commencé). Il semble impossible pour le personnel d'entretenir l'immeuble chaque semaine (vu la charge de travail- plusieurs blocs à rénover). J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et j'ai nommé mes insatisfactions, mais sans réponse de la part du propriétaire. Je ne recommande pas ces Immeubles si vous souhaitez vivre dans un environnement bien entretenu! Je suis souvent gênée d'inviter des gens en raison du couloir mal entretenu et des senteurs !
 This notice concerns the Immeubles Claude Desroches. Courteous staff (concierge, secretary). We have a great renovated apartment. However, the maintenance of the block leaves something to be desired (for example, the carpets have not been washed for several years) and the work in the corridor is stretching (already a year and a half since it has started). It seems impossible for the staff to maintain the building every week (given the workload - several blocks to renovate). I called several times and mentioned my dissatisfaction, but no response from the owner. I do not recommend these Buildings if you want to live in a well-maintained environment! I am often embarrassed to invite people because of the poorly maintained hallway and the scents!
