En 1 mois, j’ai consulté 3 fois et les 3 fois ont nécessité des prescriptions qui ont été faxées par les cliniques médicales. Et les 3 fois, j’ai dû rappeler ma clinique pour refaire faxer mes prescriptions car on me répond toujours qu’ils ne les ont pas reçues. Aujourd’hui, mon médecin a REFAXER ma prescription d’hier et imaginez-vous donc qu’ils me disent encore qu’ils ne l’ont pas reçue!!! Demain, mon médecin devra REFAXER POUR LA 3e fois ma prescription! C’est ridicule!!! Mon médecin n’a pas à faire sa job 3 fois parce que leur système est défectueux à la pharmacie. J’irais bien leur porter en mains propres, mais mon médecin est à Montréal. Et ça c’est juste dans le dernier mois... plein de fois mon conjoint appelle pour faire préparer les médicaments des enfants en matinée et quand il passe en pharmacie en fin de journée c’est même pas prêt. C’est dommage car les pharmaciens sont gentils mais l’organisation est assez nulle. Alors, bye bye jean coutu... on change de pharmacie. I have never seen such a disorganized pharmacy !! In 1 month, I consulted 3 times and all 3 times required prescriptions which were faxed by the medical clinics. And all 3 times, I had to call my clinic to fax my prescriptions again because I am always told that they did not receive them. Today my doctor has REFAXED my prescription from yesterday so can you imagine them still telling me they didn't receive it !!! Tomorrow, my doctor will have to REFAX my prescription FOR THE 3rd time! It's ridiculous!!! My doctor doesn't have to do his job 3 times because their system is broken at the pharmacy. I'd be happy to hand it to them, but my doctor is in Montreal. And that's just in the last month ... a lot of times my partner calls to have the children's medicines prepared in the morning and when he goes to the pharmacy at the end of the day, he's not even ready. It's a shame because the pharmacists are nice but the organization is pretty bad. So, bye bye jean coutu ... we're changing pharmacy.
M	Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils font des erreurs dans mes prescriptions très souvent et je trouve ça innaceptable de jouer avec la santé des gens comme ça. Je ne peux pas concevoir que leur processus de vérification n'est pas plus efficace que ça. Très décevant surtout que quand on demande les raisons des erreurs, ils évitent de répondre. Je n'ai jamais vécu ça dans d'autres Jean Coutu et quoique je comprennes qu'ils sont occupés, je crois qu'il devrait faire attention à la santé de leur clientèle. Je ne serai plus cliente là à partir d'aujourd'hui. They make mistakes in my prescriptions very often and I find it unacceptable to play with the health of people like that. I can't imagine their verification process is no more efficient than this. Very disappointing especially that when one asks the reasons of the errors, they avoid answering. I have never experienced this in other Jean Coutu and although I understand that they are busy, I believe that he should pay attention to the health of their customers. I will no longer be a client there from today.

On m'avais dit de ne pas faire affaire avec le Jean Coutu de Lachute et j'aurais dû suivre les recommandations. Erreurs par dessus erreurs, prescriptions supposément commandées, mais non en réalité, longueur d'attente au téléphone (même pour les autres professionnels de la santé) et en personne, préparations d'ordonnance demandées à l'avance, mais non préparées ou ne les trouvent pas, et j'en passe. Idem pour mon conjoint. Hier, ça a été la goutte qui a fait déborder le vase! Après des années faisant affaire à cet endroit, nous avons changé de pharmacie. Je vous recommande vivement de NE PAS faire affaire avec le Jean Coutu Lachute! Never seen a team working at such a lost pharmacy!!! I had been told not to do business with Jean Coutu in Lachute and I should have followed the recommendations. Errors on top of errors, prescriptions supposedly ordered but not actually ordered, long waits on the phone (even for other health care professionals) and in person, prescription preparations requested in advance, but not prepared or not not find, and so on. Same for my spouse. Yesterday was the drop that broke the camel's back! After years doing business there, we changed pharmacies. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT do business with Jean Coutu Lachute!

As busy as they are i've always had a personalised caring response from them. In any department i've interacted with... It takes the sting away..I trust them. .
