Courteous service and they do what they can to accommodate you. The pharmacist took his time answering my questions because he takes it to heart it shows.

Contribuant à ce délai, le pharmacien Nguyen a jasé de voyage pendant 10 minutes avec un client venu ramasser la sienne préparée d'avance. Pas mal inconscient pour un pharmacien. Vraisemblablement distrait par cette conversation, il a oublié de me dire qu'une de mes prescriptions manquait la moitié des pilules faute d'inventaire. Pas mal incompétent pour un pharmacien. Ca fait une méchante surprise de découvrir que tu es à court de pilules de douleur quand tu en as encore besoin. Very slow service and errors in the laboratory. I was alone on site and the waiting time for my prescription was half an hour. Contributing to this delay, pharmacist Nguyen talked about the trip for 10 minutes with a customer who came to pick up his prepared in advance. Quite unconscious for a pharmacist. Presumably distracted by this conversation, he forgot to tell me that one of my prescriptions was missing half the pills for lack of inventory. Quite incompetent for a pharmacist. It’s a nasty surprise to find that you run out of pain pills when you still need them.

P	Payton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service for a pharmacy. Would not recommend anybody I know to waste their money and time here. Back in May of 2021 I changed locations and had to change from Familiprix Morin-Heights to Grenville. Grenville Familiprix was very hard to work with and refused to send a request for a file transfer since apparently “that’s not how you switch pharmacies.” Pharmacy Morin-Heights unfortunately had to deal with that situation that could have been avoided by this pharmacy doing a correct file transfer request just like every other pharmacy I’ve ever gotten my medications from. I asked for an asthma pump not knowing that my medication had been sent to Morin-Heights instead of Grenville, instead of informing me that I did not have an asthma pump prescription in their pharmacy, they gave me a NASAL SPRAY, and would not refund me when I noticed that they charged me something I did not ask for. They also charge for Income tax receipts which should cost nothing at all considering it is a small paper indicating how much you have spent at that pharmacy throughout the year, if that isn’t ridiculous enough, they will not fax or email it. Morin-Heights familiprix emailed my Income tax receipt, free of charge, within the hour I made the request.
