I have had many interactions with this pharmacy since moving here 5 months ago on behalf of my mother, who has many perscriptions filled weekly and in store or delivery all personelle are professional and friendly.

Love the specials, friendly staff ,funny always willing to help or find an answer. Just the waiting time sometimes long.

I asked for someone to help me with a neck brace and was told someone would and I was in excruciating pain . I waited 15 minutes no one showed up I moved toward the desk and still no reaction. I picked up one item and went towards the cash. The cashier asked me if someone had helped me. I said no, I asked and no one came. She said let me call someone and my answer was Don't bother I am in pain and I want to get out of here. I paid and left.

Service and care of this pharmacy is fairly satisfying. I can clearly see that the employees and workers put a lot of effort in their job to serve customers. I appreciate that very much.

All I can say is: what's up with the employees? Every department except the cosmetic section, are always rude and always gives you a weird look. I never once see a smile on their face or help any costumers compare to the cosmetic section, they always keep an eye if you need any help and always smiling. However, the pharmacy section is so complicated for nothing, and that is why I'm with Walmart. The friend that I know are with them and they say that they cannot keep track of the updates or new prescription, their service is so slow that it tooks him an hour to have his medications compare to where I go to Walmart, it takes me 20 minutes.

Instead of having an online booking for the COVID vaccine like everyone else, this Jean Coutu decided to have a phone booking system instead. My husband and I spent the morning calling. I called over 125 times and my husband probably the same. The results were 99% of the time a busy signal, three times rang thru pressed 4 for booking a vaccine only to be disconnected after waiting on the line for a few minutes. A 4th time did result in that we were able leave a message, but not book a vaccine. The final time we were connected to the lab (not sure why?) we were told that they were booked for the week, try again next week. So I can waste another 3 frustrating hours ?

Called this morning the 2021-06-15 at10am and before I could say a word, a young lady answered and said call back and hung up. I called back 2 times after and both times, it went unanswered and cycled through the system 3 times. Meaning I had to press 2 then 5 again and again listen to the message of welcome cycle You get way better service at prescriptions and beauty than the floor clerk They use to be so nice and polite at the floor clerk service wonder what happened. Think they need retraining in how to talk to people, I am not their school buddy but a paying client, even if I am only on the phone.
