Dommage parfois devoir attendre si longtemps. Well finally after 4 hours of waiting for a return call to be advised, I called back and this time a nice adviser answered me well. Too bad sometimes having to wait so long.

Je prends la peine de téléphoner le matin et la dame me dit que dans 5h je pourrai passer chercher mes médicaments. Je me présentes là-bas 5h plus tard et ma commande n'est même pas prête. Je vais clairement changer de pharmacie car ce n'est pas la première fois qu'une situation du genre arrive... Prescription counter, poor service. I take the trouble to call in the morning and the lady tells me that in 5 hours I will be able to pick up my medication. I show up there 5 hours later and my order isn't even ready. I'm definitely going to change pharmacies because this isn't the first time something like this has happened...

J’ai attendu d’y aller 4-5 fois avant de rédiger un avis, mais maintenant mon idée est faite. Organisation déficiente, souci de la satisfaction du client inexistant, délais de traitements franchement frustrants. J’ai attendu 20 minutes qu’un caissier daigne se présenter au comptoir des ordonnances pour pouvoir payer l’impression de mon relevé pour mes impôts. J’avais même pas de médicaments!!! Et ils étaient une bonne dizaine d’employés derrière le comptoir!!!! Ahurissant… But what poor service at the prescription office!!!! I waited to go there 4-5 times before writing a review, but now my idea is made. Deficient organization, non-existent concern for customer satisfaction, frankly frustrating processing times. I waited 20 minutes for a cashier to show up at the prescription counter so I could pay for my tax statement to be printed. I didn't even have any meds!!! And there were a good dozen employees behind the counter!!!! Mind-boggling…

Sur Google il est bien marqué que vous êtes ouvert jusqu'à 21h (en date d'aujourd'hui), je me présente à 18h après le travail pour remarquer que vous fermez à 18h le samedi et dimanche. Avoir su, je me serais prise d'avance...pas drôle quand tu prend des médicaments essentiels à la vie, dont tu ne peux pas manquer sous aucun prétexte.... : ( UPDATES YOUR OPENING HOURS! On Google it is well marked that you are open until 9 p.m. (as of today), I show up at 6 p.m. after work to notice that you close at 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. To have known, I would have taken myself in advance... not funny when you take life-saving drugs, which you cannot miss under any circumstances.... : (
