★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service désagréable. Attente. Attente. 3h d'avance par téléphone pour les prescriptions et tu attends 15 minutes en pharmacie quand même. Service sans sourire ou gentilesse.
Je change de pharmacie. Fait 2 an que je suis tannée d'être traité sans respect.
 Rude service. Waiting. Waiting. 3 hours in advance by phone for prescriptions and you wait 15 minutes at the pharmacy anyway. Service without a smile or kindness.
I'm changing pharmacy. I have been fed up with being treated without respect for 2 years.

Always look stupid and almost feel bad about going to wear a prescription so much they don't want to see you!! I am seriously thinking of changing pharmacies!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franchement… ils ont voulu facturé pour imprimer la liste de prescription de mon père… je tien à signaler que c’est gratuit dans les autres Jean-couru où j’ai été… lorsqu’il a vu qu’ils chargeaient, il a demander d’être rembourser et qu’il allait demander à quelqu’un de le faire avec lui… ils ont donc remboursé et jeté les feuilles…wow! Combien de personnes âgées se font prendre leur argent par ces gens car ils ne connaissent pas ça ou ils n’ont personne pour les guider!
Frankly... they wanted to charge for printing my father's prescription list... I want to point out that it's free in the other Jean-couru where I've been... when he saw that they were charging, he asked to be reimbursed and that he was going to ask someone to do it with him… so they reimbursed and threw away the sheets…wow! How many old people have their money taken away by these people because they don't know about it or they have no one to guide them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente ça fait 5 ans. Encore une fois on ne peut m'accomoder. Toujours long pour avoir nos prescriptions.
Je viens de transférer mon dossier et la nouvelle pharmacie va m'accomoder. En lisant les avis je m'aperçois que ça ne suis pas la seule à être déçue de Jean Coutu sur Grand Héron. En passant mon mari aussi a transférer son dossier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai vraiment eu une mauvaise expérience dans cette pharmacie. J’ai dû changer d’antibiotiques pour mon enfant qui est malade. J’ai fait ma commande par téléphone, quand je suis arrivé pour la chercher, j’ai attendu très longtemps. Je pouvais quand même comprendre qu’il y avait beaucoup de monde ce vendredi soir. Arrivée chez moi je constate qu’on m’a fait un fond de bouteille. J’appelle et on m’explique qu’ils ont manqué du médicament en question qu’on va me rappeler pour le reste de la prescription. J’appelle le lendemain pour savoir quand je peux m’attendre à avoir le reste. On me répond que finalement ils l’ont. Je demande quand je peux passer pour qu’il soit près, on me dit dans 1h. Quand j’y retourne finalement 1h plus tard, on me fait encore attendre me disant qu’ils doivent faire la préparation alors qu’il n’y a clairement personne d’autre que moi le samedi matin…
I had a really bad experience at this pharmacy. I had to change antibiotics for my child who is sick. I made my order over the phone, when I arrived to pick it up, I waited a very long time. I could still understand that there were a lot of people this Friday evening. Arrived at my house I find that I have been given a bottom of the bottle. I call and they explain to me that they ran out of the drug in question, which I will be reminded of for the rest of the prescription. I call the next day to find out when I can expect to have the rest. I am told that finally they have it. I ask when I can pass so that it is close, I am told in 1 hour. When I finally go back 1 hour later, I am still made to wait telling me that they have to do the preparation when there is clearly no one else but me on Saturday morning…
