★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is for Canada post office and lady who works there. Very rude, they give my package to someone in my building and that is it.
On top of that she was very unpleasant, will never ever use or go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a star, the woman who works on the cosmetic part is very rude. I put a makeup kit for around $ 7 in a basket, and then I decided to buy another product. the cashier kept me around 20 minutes and just said my colleague saw you put something in your basket ( ok I put in my basket not in my poket and after that change my mind and decided buy something else ) . when they found in a shelf they didnot apology at all . I am so upset and it’s a terrible behaviour I see here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service at the Canada Post counter. Went there today (Friday) at 8:15 PM to pick up a parcel that the mailman failed to deliver (he just left the notice without even ringing the bell. I have Ring installed). He told me to read the notice which, by the way, had both "Friday" and "Saturday" circled. As for the time, it says "After 18:00", further saying that I should come back the next day. He also stated that the item is there, that it's not in the system and that he simply doesn't want to put it in. All he did was to change the time from "18:00" to "13:00"". When asked for his supervisor's name, he wrote a phone number and "Aboud" on a piece of paper, like I was some kind of girl he met in a bar. He also stated that he doesn't know his supervisor's last name! To me, it's not that he couldn't serve me. He didn't want to and he emphasized that. I've been in the situation of picking up a parcel the same day and whoever manned the counter bent over backwards to provide me with a very good service, except for this guy. His name is Antoine T. Because of him, I will stop taking my business to this particular location. I will also file a complaint with Canada Post. I know it will probably be useless but anyway... To be honest, I don't know why my supplier chose Canada Post when there are more serious companies out there.
