B	Bogdan Tudose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for a very bad experience at the end. We had the carpaccio and Pizza Oro, both very good. As for the bad experience, we were sitting on the patio under a sun umbrella and the umbrella fell on our table scattering the plates and water glasses. We were lucky that we weren't hurt and the gentlemen at nearby table pointed out that our umbrella safety lock was missing and the bases of all the other umbrellas were also in terrible condition or missing the safety locks. Would recommend for pickup or delivery but not for sitting on the patio as it's very run down.

Their staff is super friendly and exuberant - My day became a little brighter brighter just by visiting them! 6/5 for food ! The “mmhm-so-much-flavour“ feeling is guaranteed!! 5/5 for the various options on the menu including good Vegetarian options. 6/5 for service! Quick and friendly. There’s parking space just nearby and even right outside. They have an outdoor seating on the back side and follow sanitization process after a table is cleared. The menus are non touch so bonus points for that. Here’s what we tried ? Cappuccino (duh!) ☕️ ? Canadian Beer on Tap ? ? J	Joseph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent. Staff member well informed on wines and pairing. Very helpful. Food was delicious, would come again. The Pasta was great but the pizza was very delicious! Food came out at a reasonably time. Definitely coming back again for the pizza and staff.

The food is super fresh and the staff gives you the best recommendation. I would definitely revisit the place to enjoy the food.

The toppings, sauce, and crust were all perfect. They also have a really nice selection of crafted cocktails. Service was excellent and it was good value with great atmosphere. We look forward to coming back!
M	Max Vo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a new pizza place to try in Etobicoke and decided to try Via Napoli as it is pretty close and has good reviews. I purchased two pizzas, two pastas, and some sides. All together, the total came to just over $100. The pizzas were really really good, I saw the guys making the pizzas in the wood burning oven at the front. That being said, the other dishes I ordered really left a lot to be desired. I ordered two rigitoni bolognese ($18 each) - it tasted fine but the portion was really small and not worth it. The grilled calamari was not edible. It had a horrible fishy smell and I don't think the squid was fresh. The mixed green salad resembled the pre-packaged store bought salads, except, a few sliced cherry tomatoes were thrown in. It too was not edible as there were a bunch of rotten leaves in the salad making it soggy and mushy. If you stick just to the pizza here, you should be fine. I would pass on the rest of the menu.

As soon as we sat down, the server (Trevor) was super efficient and very helpful! From the pizza to the pasta, everything meal was very satisfying. So glad we found this great restaurant in our area! Highly recommend.

The restaurant has a great Italian desert option as well. Place getting busy around 6, so make sure you make reservations. I would recommend this place ?? #pizzatime
