Now I'm not sure if it was a worker or the owner I was talking to, but judging by the old and very inpatient tone they had I'm led to believe it was the owner. I called asking if my food was on the way to which the person over the phone said the driver had left with it a long time ago. Then when I asked how long, they demanded personal information such as my address which isn't something you usually give whenever you call a restaurant since, from previosu experiences, what they mainly need is the contents of your order or even your phone number. So while I was questioning this, the person over the phone threatened that If I don't give my address then I won't get my food, then when I didn't give it immediately he hung up. To think that I used to frequent this place is beyond me. Because of this experience, I refuse to ever find myself at this location again, whether it is inperson or through online orders, absolutely disgusting.

I added cheddar cheese in toppings but they missed it earlier then added at the last movement and baked again. Never going to order again from this pizza store.

New staff, new owner and manager gives positive experience when you go in store. Now, i am regular customer for them and surprisingly they know my order without saying anything. Friendliness: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Pizza Quality: 10/10 Customer service: 10/10 Keep it up guys.

When picking up the pizzas and returning home we found the pizzas barely warm looked like the had kept it in the warmer. The pizzas had no proper sauce and instead of sun dried tomatoes we found freshly sliced tomatoes. The base was very fine and burnt. I called the store and spoke with Jaya and he kept arguing stating that the pizzas were prepped by him and they were fresh. We always went to this store but now found the quality very bad and Pizzaville having a big name but the quality is not worth the price. I requested for a price return but the associate refused to resolve the problem. I hope some one visits the kitchen and check for the quality of the products used at the store. I would request the company to look into this issue. Thank you
