★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gerrard and Greenwood location is rough. The pizza slices look like they’ve been sitting there all day, and it has one of the grossest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a Toronto restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered a vegan pizza. I’ve eaten some slices and it caused me nausea and I felt miserable. Such a mistake can be dangerous for people with allergies. Not acceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order pizza today, it was burnt, when I try to complain the Indian guy employee he talk to me rudely and said it's just a small slice burn, and argue and pushed his hand on me like go away. At least they must have some manners how to talk with customer.. bad service ever seen in my life, never go over there ever..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible organization, ordered a pizza, after 20 minutes I asked how long on my pizza, the front desk guy says " what pizza" he goes to the back with my printed order and hands it to the guys prepping the pizzas to go in the oven.
The front desk guy comes back and doesn't acknowledge me and proceeds to serve another customer I get annoyed and repeat my question "how long on my pizza I've been waiting 20 minutes" They arguing to say you've only waited 10 minutes and it'll be another 10 minutes.
I got a refund and left, drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Danforth and Woodbine location this one is very unorganized poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I got chicken wings . But what made me more happy than the food was the service I got . Two gentlemen who take my order was very very kind . They are so welcoming and it melted my heart . I can find pizza pizza in every corner but definitely not service like this . I wanted to make sure this is delivered to the company . These people like their job and do their best to please us . Thanks for choosing the right employees ! :)
