K	Kristal Ramnarine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. After waiting over half an hour for my pizza, I was rudely spoken to by a staff member. I would highly recommend some improvements in customer service at this location.

I was very grateful for such service---this is what they call "going beyond for the costumer to satisfy their needs" .... thank you sooo much and I hope you will be rewarded for such kindness ?

S	Sophie & Ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped going here after they accidentally put pineapple on my pizza, it was supposed to be pepperoni, sausage and mushroom not pineapple. They used to show you the pizza before you picked it up but don’t do that anymore. They are rude and unapologetic and after a series of bad experience including them forgetting to cook my pizza I stopped ordering from them. Pizza Nova makes a quality product but this location is simply the worst. I will never visit this location again.
J	Jonathan Ding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our pizza was burnt. The pizza tasted burnt. In fact, the pizza was so burnt, the Pizza Nova store tried to cut off some of the burnt edges before delivering the pizza to us.
D	Daniel Lazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to wait for 10 min. I returned 12 min later they just took a frozen, ready made pizza and put it in the oven. A few minutes they served me with a warm pizza with semi frozen tomatos. I will never buy pizza nova again.

The cashier was really rude taking our order and we didn’t get a receipt at the end. We ignore calling back the store b/c we didn’t get the receipt to let them know that the pizza was not cooked well and it’s missing one topping ( tomato ). This store should have a completely new management because they are really missing up their customers pizza orders.
