I think I must be the last customer of the day. When I reached home I found that pizza was totally burnt and store was already closed by that time. I am not kinda a person who will go to the store and argue there instead would like to tell people what customer service and satisfaction is for these people which is completely terrible. You cannot serve pizza like that to the customer?
S	S Hussain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is terrible, 30 mins delivery is an hour and a half. We offered to come pick it up after an hour and they declined and said it would be delivered shortly. Another 30 mins and we call to ask where the order is, only to be informed the nearly $100 order we placed was cancelled. Unbelievably unorganized location.

We ended up with severe food poisoning, spending the whole night vomiting.The next evening i went back to tell them you better check the freshness of your chicken before you kill somebody..The same girl behind the counter form the night before looks at me and starts ringing up 3 more sandwiches then sticks her hand out looking for payment!!.. Did"nt understand a word i said. Unbelievable...
E	Expect Better at HomeRunProperties DOT Ca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as fast food pizza goes, Pizza Nova is a bit above the rest like Pizza Pizza or Pizza Depot ( Which I would not feed to my dogs ... sorry but true ) etc. I have no issues with this location at all. Whether it is for slices or for their pizza packages. I know that some have had their pizzas burned or had some bad customer service. But I have never come across this personally. And I have been frequenting this location for about 5+ years now. I actually decided to try this location after another location not far from here burned the bottom of my pizza... on two occasions!!! So I am rather happy that all of my food experiences at this location had gone very well. A++ experience for me.
J	Jay V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing special to be honest. Ordered thick crust pizza this time around and it was not cooked properly and the dough was not fresh. Poor hygiene from the staff at the back who are just wiping their hands on their body while making the food.

We went back, and the guy on the counter was questioning, and I was there explaining why I was returning; he took the box and placed it on top of The oven. I wonder what is that being used for? and I hated that I had to explain him. I mean why the questions being asked? Why should you even ask, when customer is complaining? I have never seen that, despite me owning my own restaurant. Moreover, He did even say sorry ! No customer service.. I was charged for this? Worst service and food. Waste of time! P.s. Rice balls was completely changed (size and taste)than the last time we had it..they charged 8$ for 3 small pieces. So expensive!
