★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is fine, just like any other location but the level of disrespect I encountered from Hakeem (store manager) and his subordinate is unimaginable and borderline discriminatory. I complained to customer service. I’d rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to another location than go back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best rating I could possibly give to any restaurant! Crust - FANTASTIC! Toppings - FANTASTIC! Customer Service - FANTASTIC! I have been going to this specific location for several years and never have I been disappointed. We mostly order online and when we go inside there is barely any waiting time. Although, prices are a little high. Excellent place if you are looking for high quality authentic Italian pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best pizza location in Brampton. I have tried various different pizza location and I always end up coming back to this location. The call center agents are always polite and helpful with our detailed order. My family is very picky with the amount of sauce, toppings, and how well it needs to be done. They have always have done a good job.

Not even a single apology from the store representatives.
I Was going to give 2 stars for the taste but deducted 1 for the worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pizza I have ever tried. I like the quality they provide us especially this location cares about the quality and quantity. They top it perfectly and I love the way they make it golden brown neither burn nor undercooked.
