Completely unacceptable and VERY dangerous food safety standards. I went to take a bite of pizza and felt a hard crunch... to my dismay it was glass! On further inspection of the pizza, I pulled the dough apart to find more shards of glass, a couple were the size of my fingernail and very sharp! To add insult, to very possible injury, my partner spoke to the woman who made the pizza and she REFUSED to believe that the glass ended up in 'her' pizza. We gave our 19 month daughter some of this pizza- what if she had gotten the glass in her slice and cut herself and ingested it?!! The least they could have done is own up to their horrifying mistake, but they didn't and were extremely rude! We will never go back and will tell all who we know to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the counter is too rude and gives polite service only to certain customers. Also the food is NOT Halal at all, he lies. Bacon and ham is used here. Also they are now trying to offer shish taok. Great place to get the chicken shish taok if you like it burnt on the outside and raw inside. Also even if you come in at lunch the pizza has been sitting there since opening. Minimum two hours sitting there, cold and not good flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little neighbourhood restaurant. Pizza is always delicious and staff is friendly and professional. We stop by every time we are in the neighbourhood. The owner is a wonderful lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good price although the service is very bad. either hire more people or... hire more people. i ordered on the phone, it was all good until i arrived. took them about 15-20 minutes. a woman cut the line (didn’t know it was a thing there. at first she asked if they take credit card. so i thought, oh it’s fine. then she ORDERED. (let me kindly remind you a couple of people waited a few minutes.))
it baffled me because she was so rude. after 15 minutes, another guy came and cut the line?? i always go there since high school and i love that place. but as time goes by, the service is poor.
they also need ventilation asap because it’s really hot and there’s no fresh air.
after 20 minutes, i get a warm-cold pizza with fresh pizza perfume. awesome :))
i only wanted in and out... not a new fragrance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their prices went up but the portions went smaller a bit, which is a bummer. They charged me a large shish taouk plate when I had clearly asked for a regular size. Their poutine is really good, they give the right amount of sauce and cheese. Please don't ever change the sauce/fried ratio!! Small friendly business and service in overall
