★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re door dash or uber eats they churn out the orders. If you just live in the neighbourhood and order for pick up you get called in for a ‘ready’ pizza at 6:15 but your order doesn’t go in the oven until 6:35. The manager doesn’t date face the angry customers and chooses to yell at the staff in the back one of whom doesn’t wear a face mask. Bonnie would be very angry at you pizza hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My coworker was locked out of his first Pizza Hut in Canada and told me a story of him waiting outside during peak hours and having to sneak in while someone else left.
Made me laugh a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I ordered a maple bacon pizza with mushrooms. We ordered extra toppings, and as can be seen in the photo, there are very few toppings let alone the extras we PAID for. On top of it, the service was atrocious. We specifically wrote in the delivery section to leave it by the mailbox because of the dog. Instead, the driver ignored this and knocked very hard on our door. When I answered, he wasn’t wearing a mask and when I asked him to back up because he wasn’t, he dropped out food on the ground and stormed off. We made a complaint to the location but haven’t heard a thing. We’ve ordered from them before and the pizza has been undercooked. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Truly terrible customer service and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza and had to wait 2 hours. I called multiple times but an answering machine responded, "The customer you are calling is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later." Any phone calls will automatically redirect you to an answering machine and the delivery driver also encountered the same problem.
This Pizza Hut location is incapable of providing the minimal customer satisfaction and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible pizza, expensive and waited almost an hour for delivery. In no way was our pizza double pepperoni double cheese and a double cheese pizza. Dough was thick and doughy and lost my appetite eating it. Never again waste of $40 that could have been used to order better food for my family. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Order from Pizza Vancouver, they have the best pizza down here. Shame on you Pizza Hut for letting a great chain back in the day go downhill so much. You should be ashamed of only having a 2 1/2 star rating on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price could be a little cheaper but can’t complain with the taste. Service was good. Have to wait for 20mins for my order which is fine cause it comes out fresh and hot. They just dont have dine-in.
