โ โ โ โ โ Staff must have been in a hurry tonight. I understand we ordered fairly late 1015 pm. But still paid $70 for burnt breadsticks, slack toppings on one pizza, undercooked second pizza... not the greatest when it's your only choice for supper after a long day of work.

โ โ โ โ โ Got a call from there customer service center. Was told I would get 2 free pizzas for my long term of service with company. Pizza arrived and they asked for $41. I was very clear with them on the phone that it was complementary. Delivery driver showed up asking for money. Felt very embarrased explaining the situation again with a random stranger. Would love to have this situation solved.

โ โ โ โ โ We experienced terrible service this evening. Called to place our order, was told 15-20 minutes as usual, an hour passed and nothing so called back and the lady working the phone said the driver could not find our address so she cancelled the order. No phone call, nothing. Just cancelled it. Offered to remake our order if we wanted to pick it up, said she wasn't sendiingher driver again because he's new and couldn't find it.
Told her that wasnt our problem and he would never learn if he didnt try again. She hung up on us. Called again and aaked if she really wasnt sending her drivwr out again and she said no and to call back in the mornjng bevause they were closing now. As if we want pizza for breakfast. Will be sticking with Cosmic in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ I had 2 of the lunch specials, I asked for pineapple and got 4 pieces, and where the pepperoni was I don't know and the Cinnabon rolls where disgusting and a couple of minutes before my order was done I was told to move my car even though there was space in front of me for the person who was going to be working on their sign, so by the time I had to move my car and get my order they were not even doing anything so they could have waited, thought it was rude.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered $80 of food and my debit card was acting up. I ask the store if I can have the food and pay the next day. She said no and told me she was going to throw it out. Unbelievable!! Never ordering here again!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Save your money and just go to the freezer section at the grocery store! The thin crust was like a piece of chewy leather, it was so tough that they couldnโt even cut it! Pizza wasnโt cut right through, toppings were sparse and cheese was chewy. Even on sale it was no deal at all, just going to throw out the rest. Just reaffirms that it just doesnโt pay to eat out anymore. Guess they did me a favour and will save me money in the future. I only write this because I have experienced this let down twice now at the same location.
