★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Boston Pizza i have ever been to,order for take out was botched. My father and I drove 50 km to get it. The smoky mountain spaghetti was basically cheese melted on noodles,no trace of sauce in it saltiest meatballs ever and my dads jambalaya fettuccine turned out to be fettuccine noodles with a teaspoon of white sauce bloody awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is it you order from a place four times and four times they mess your order up.. They forget the pop and have to go back and get it, they forget you don't eat bacon and and bacon to your order, they take one hour and a half to give your order lol. Not joking one hour and and a half for one order I placed. At the end when I complained the fourth time the waiter , receptionist,manager God knows who says "go back to Edmonton "as that's where I told her I was from "or order from somewhere else" lol. She is not lying lol. It's time to boycott this place for good. Miserable staff and people working there. They lost a very important client too. I'm one of the Top Realtors in Edmonton and trust me they will be getting very slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you order pizza bread and they FORGET the cheese and meat sauce, so you call in to let them know and she says"i didn't hear you ask for cheese and meat sauce!" .....do ppl even eat cooked spiced up pizza dough ? Shouldn't they ask if we want cheese and meat sauce when ordering pizza bread anyway ? Idk all I know is they were a big disappointment today, usually pretty good and friendly but not today ?♀️ no one wanted the pizza bread ? two ppl tried a slice but that was it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wings are phenomenal and tasted delicious unlike the pizza. The pizza I ordered, all meat, smelled and tasted like a burnt plastic. The smell was unbearable, I just ate the toppings. But would try and order again. Staffs are friendly and kind. Please always give tips as they deserve it! 3/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great server, very friendly. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but the pizza bread I sent back (because it had no cheese, I wanted the cheese on it) looked really messy, like the cheese was just tossed on part of it with no care. Also, my garlic toast was only half toasted.
