e	erin brook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order at 5pm at 7pm it still had not arrived. Restaurant did not answer when called to follow up. Food never arrived Pizza Hut call centre unable to provide a refund. In total basically had money stolen by the Restaurant. Would NOT recommend at all!!!!!

They transferred me to the wrong city twice and hung up on me. I'll likely never order again because I just can't trust they're customer service. Edit: I never got through. After an hour of being sent to the wrong places, including a pizza hut in Coquitlam, I gave up. I couldn't reccomend this place less, absolutely garbage customer service. If my credit card chargeback doesnt go through I'll be going in store to get my refund, then I'll never order from this awful franchise ever again.

So i gave up! Decided to try it one more time tonight same problems. Called in to change pick up for delivery they confirmed it would be delivery and how they only have one driver it will be a bit behind. Call back an hr and a half later. Ooo somone called and canceled on your street! Wasnt me ooo let me look ooo i see now it was for pick up! Soo your telling me after confirming it was changed to delivery and my order sitting there for almoat two hrs no one called us to see if we where going to come get our order?thats pretty awful service. And staff completely dropping the ball . No ine kniws whats going on Last time i ever order from there ever!

Our pizza was wrong so I called to get it fixed after them already being late(I have a family of 6 that was hungry) they told me they’d like the pizza that was wrong back and our new order would take 30-45 minutes. I didn’t feel this was right.

This restaurant really went above and beyond to make things right, which is why I am still giving a 5 star rating. I understand that many restaurants are understaffed and overwhelmed at the moment. I appreciate all of the hard work that the employees at this restaurant are doing and they deserve to be recognized. Keep up the great work!
