We ordered a pizza and wings they sent the wrong pizza then we tried to call and got put on hold for over a 1/2 an hour to where we gave up and hung up the phone try calling back got put on hold again try it again got put on hold again never got through to them so I'm not very happy with their customer service right now

I always love pizza hut. I had veggie lover pan pizza yesterday it was so delicious ? and staff is very friendly too ?

Tonight is one ? Made a call to place an order and I was put on hold for 10mins for the next available Rep, so I had to do it on line. All good with email communication. 5:20 pickup time. Walk in on to pay and pick up and nothing in my name, five minutes trying to find out why, find out that someone before me with a similar name got it. Now to stand around for another 20+ minutes for a new order. Great pizza staff needs to get things running smoother.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Very sparse toppings and the greasiest crust I've ever had. Just awful. Threw out the leftovers. My last visit to Pizza Hut. ?

The staff is very nice but that don't excuse the store mixing up our order, not answering the phone. Our issue was first for approx. 2 hours we called the store continually from the car to place a larger order in advance but no one would answer the phone. Travelling from Niagara Falls to a party in Brockville we ended up having to go directly to the store to place our order for 4 pizzas. When we ordered at the counter in person who took out order made a mistake and put out order down for delivery. So we waited 40 mins only to learn they had the pizzas sitting for 20 mins in the back waiting for the delivery person. By the time we inquired about the 40 mins delay the manager did apologize and offered a complimentary brownie but disappeared into the back and he didn't return. The person at the cash said since we had our pizzas now even though we waited in the store for 40 mins the brownie was no longer being offered. By the time we left the store the 4 pizzas were luke-warm at best. They were definitely not understaffed because there were minimum 5 people plus the manager in the back that we could see from the cash. Very disappointing experience.

Went to Pizza Hut for lunch with my family yesterday and was pretty disappointed. The girl who served us, while extremely pleasant and friendly, was wearing flip flops that seemed a bit out of place in the food service industry. we immediately noticed the entire place was pretty filthy, dirty floors, tables, windows - I actually had to ask for a cloth with sanitizer on it so I could clean my own table before eating. When I used the bathroom there was fecal matter in the toilet and it was very dirty in there. The high chair I used for my son also needed a good wiping down. The place just doesn’t seem like a good place to go and sit and eat. It’s more of a quick takeout place, which is a shame cause I don’t feel this way about other Pizza Hut restaurants. The person cooking our food was also very friendly and accommodating, however the food was greasy and unappealing for the price we paid 52$ for 2 pizzas, boneless bites, brownies and bread sticks. Over all I don’t think I’ll be back, much better places to spend 50$ on and too pricey to be doing that regularly just for lunch. With Covid cleaning procedures should really be followed more carefully.

It started with Pizza Hut not answering their direct line. I ordered at the place when I got into Brockville and asked for my order to be ready in half an hour. Upon returning my pizza wasn't ready and I had to wait another 10 minutes. The gentleman ahead of me didn't have any luck with the restaurant answering their direct line either, so he had ordered through the call service. They had no record of his order when he got there. The girl at the front was very nice but she had track pants, no socks and her street runners with a Pizza Hut t-shirt on as her uniform. Not very sanitary. The place looked dirty and disorganized. The reason the direct line wasn't being answered was because the owner was on the phone and not answering the beeps. Great way to loose money ! Anyway at nearly $30 for just a lrg pizza, I'd spend my money somewhere else.
