C	Cass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza is good and fairly priced & a family friend recommended. However we will not be returning as when we arrived the staff were NOT wearing their masks. It was tucked under their chin, and they did not pull it up despite standing over our pizza to cut it. We had to ask them to put their mask on properly in which the woman replied "I keep it down because it's hot in here." I work in fast food & even people with asthma can slip it on quickly to pull a pizza out and cut it. It's not hard, and this was super disrespectful. Anyone with someone high risk in their home or in their family should 100% NOT come as they are not sanitizing, cleaning, wearing masks or gloves. They are NOT following COVID policies. Even after this is all over we will not be back as you guys do not care about the health and well-being of your customers. I have contacted head office & reported this.

C	Cait on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an XL pizza asked for a few paper plates- after passing them over the guy at the counter proceed to tell me that I had to pay for them. I find it off putting to pay an unknown amount for the most flimsy of paper plates- It's a shame because I would have a positive review otherwise.
S	Shaantu Prajapati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza made here is from fresh dough and with multivitamin ( enriched flour) so easy to digest, in addition whole wheat flour also added which makes special place than other pizza shop. 241 pizza may not a big brand but they don't use factory made dough. Any people who wants to use healthy options should go for 241 pizza. This place is now operating under new management now. I would love there pizza.

But today I got a delivery and the delivery driver was a disrespectful I asked Cakk delivery and he gave me attitude. It came to $21 and I handed him 25 then he proceeded to tell me that that's acceptable good prices usually good experience but poor employees make a poor experience I

I'm a loyal customer to 241 brockville this is the second time that this has happend they have lost a customer
