Pizza Hut Blackfalds

I placed an order for pickup at 4:56PM and was told it would be 10-15 minutes and quoted me $32.99 + GST for a total of $34.64, this is the same as the price listed online. When I arrived I was told that they had no boneless wings for my Triple Treat Box and asked if I would mind substituting them for regular wings. This wasn't a big issue for me so so I agreed and continued to pay. They wasted me to pay over $36 for the meal so I asked if there was an extra charge for substituting the wings because I was quoted a lower price. They said there is no extra charge and they aren't sure why they are charging me more. It's only a couple dollars so there was no point arguing and I decided to pay. I waited for about 15 minutes and still didn't have my food and everyone who arrived in front of me had left so I assumed I would be next. Another customer comes in to pick up their Triple Treat Box and was told about the wings issue and they agreed to get the regular just like I did. That person received their food and the same wings I was waiting on before I got mine. I figured there was probably a good reason for it so I stayed patient and waited. Then another customer comes in for the same order and replaces the wings for the regular wings and they get their wings and order before me. I ask the employees why other customers are coming in after and getting the same order as me before I am getting it when I'm waiting on the same thing. They apologize and tell me it won't be long. Another customer comes in and the same thing happens, I ask about it and get the same story, then another customer and the same thing happens. Finally I am the only one there, it has been over 50 minutes since I stepped into Pizza Hut and they finally give me my order. They apologize but don't offer me anything for my trouble or for the fact they kept giving my wings away to other customers forcing me to wait. I get home and the pizzas are cold and soggy. So here is a synopsis: Was told it would be 10-15 minutes Was charged $2 more then what I was supposed to pay Was given a different set of wings because they didn't have what I ordered 4 times they gave wings I was waiting on to customers who came and paid after I did Didn't get food until 1 hour 10 minutes after I ordered Was given old, cold, soggy food Was not offered anything for my trouble. Caveat Emptor my friends (let the buyer beware)

This place has the very best pizza at any pizza hut I've been to. I don't know what it is but the crust amazing every time, it's not like any of the other ones. I was surprised by the bad rating when I first came on, this is my #1 choice and the only place if actually eat at in Blackfalds.

Always good service. I only order online. Speedy delivery, She knows me by name and is always happy to see me. Love there online deal of $15.99. My friday night go to pizza place :)

Best BBQ chicken pizza hands down. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming.

❌ We placed our order then received a call indicating there was no stuffed crust which of course was fine, except when we ended up paying for it. ❌ The pizza was about 40+ minutes late, which was super disappointing but we understood things come up. ❌ I called to inquire about the charge for stuffed crust which we did not receive and was advised to come and pick it up. Although it was their error they refused to drop off the difference in price. To this date we have NOT received a refund. ❌ The pizza was cold ✅ On a positive note the delivery driver was incredibly friendly and courteous. So in summary we overpaid for something we didn't even receive for a service that was behind 40 minutes and an extremely cold supper. I would strongly encourage you to review your bill when ordering from here or just order from somewhere else in town.

Multiple times when ive went to order theyve been closed early, and not by 5 mins but by 1/2 hour to an hour early. How ever the food is good, there fast when they are open

Always check your bill before you pay as their menu shows 14" meat lovers for $23.99. They charged $24.99 . Only an extra dollar but definitely feels like a little scam. Do not recommend this place for this reason. Also feel their pricing is high for average pizza
