★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boneless chicken wings shouldn't even be considered wings. If I wanted mushy chicken nuggets, I'd go buy a box of them from Walmart.
We also ordered 2 extra large pizzas. My veggie pizza was also mushy. Clearly fully cooking anything at this place isn't a top priority.
Chicken "wings" will be given to my dogs because no way im eating this gross stuff. And the pizzas will be put into our oven to cook longer so its fully cooked.
I won't be a returning customer.

No quality control?
Ordered our favorite Chicken Bacon Ranch, the pizza was somehow burned and raw at the same time.
Outer edges were almost burned, the inside and top were raw. It was super doughy and slimy.
Our second pizza was worse. The Primo was just a gloopy mess. You could tell just by looking that it wasn't cooked through.
Hope you figure it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually very good pizza! DO NOT order the unlimited toppings. We recieved raw pizzas that were delivered in 19 mins. Looked great, fast, but they were raw. Almost 2 hours later still waiting for replacement pizzas that were supposed to be "rushed out". Customer service are as helpful as they can be, drivers are great, the manager seems reluctant to satisfy customer complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife, mom and I had Pizza Hotline Calzones this eve. We each ate most of our first half of the Calzone believing they were extra cheesy... We then realized this was not cheese but rather raw dough. The other halves are here uneaten. The sad part is after waiting on hold for nearly 30 min with customer service I was told that since we started eating the calzone we could no longer get a refund...had to be left untouched. Absolutely unreal. Please see video of raw dough and photos attached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff all the time. I love their pepperoni pizza it is my favourite since they put the right amount of sauce and pepperoni on. The crust is always cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place to my friends. They have definitely gained a regular customer.

There are other business in the mall so it could be problem sometimes.i like when they leave stalls available unlike others pizza places they have dedicated spots acquired by their own vehicles either delivery or their private vehicle. They have new signs etc which looks really good. I like their pizza it's quite reasonable.this location makes good stuff and looks more presentable. Their customer service is good. I prefer buying from them then I goto my nearest place. I don't know it could be liking thing or no I like their style more better even though they have same ingredients
