★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order this item for a Christmas present for my wife. They lost my item during delivery and said they aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items. Terrible customer service! They lost my item and didn’t reimburse me for it. They have no contact number for you to speak with them over the phone and the only way you can get a hold of them is via email where they get back to you every 24 hours. Not a good company to trust ordering online! Do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Kim backpack in Plum and loved it, but after around 8 months of use the zipper broke. I figured it was probably a flawed purse and I loved it so much I purchased another one in Mint and after a year of use (and well taken care of) the zipper also broke on that one. I emailed the company and they were willing to replace it with another one so I sent them my credit card information to pay for shipping, I went on vacation and came back to an email from them saying they are out of plum and to choose a different colour, I emailed them 3 times after that with a new colour choice and they never returned my emails. Guess I won’t be seeing my replacement purse.
Edit*** the team reached out to me and mailed me a new purse like originally promised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the previous reviews after I ordered, i thought i will never receive it. I got my order in couple days without any delay, satisfied with the product. I think its a bit over priced, but I I'd still recommend it to people. Pixie mood, i recommend that you guys add a phone number for a better customer service, anyhow.. i recieved a reply with a tracking number in less than 24 hours. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought one of the Jane 2-in-1 bags and after light wear had an issue with the ''leather'' ripping at the stitching. the company was quick to respond, i was very surprised when they offered to replace my bag at no charge. I was not expecting anything, just contacted them to let them know if the issue.
The colour i had was no longer being made, so they let me pick my replacement colour. Just received my replacement, and i love it!!! Couldnt be happier. Quick to respond and great customer service, will definitely shop with them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter gave me a Lily crossbody bag as an early birthday present. I LOVE the misty rose colour. The bag is vegan, and the lining made from recycled water bottles. This is a purse I am very happy to sling over my shoulder. It's a fabulous gift!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bag and wallet back at the beginning of December. The wallet was sent to me within a few weeks but the purses' shipping information was pretty much locked on Dec. 18. I waited it out knowing how hectic everything is. After having an expected delivery date of the 28th and still waiting for the tracking info to move I contacted Pixie Mood. I have yet to hear from them and really I just want my purse, I qas very excited about it and the wallet is amazing. I just want someone to contact me.
*****Edited to add: you can file a dispute with your bank if you never received your product and they refuse to help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a Jane 2-in-1 purse, and a backpack as a gift from his company. As a Holistic Nutritionist, I am always looking at ways to bring environmentally friendly products into my life! I love the recycle water bottle lining, knowing that my purse protects my ID. The "leather" passes as real, and has the best colours!!
So impressed, I cant wait for more products!
