★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this terrible location!! I entered the store about 10 min before closing hungry after work and the door was unlocked. I walked in was happy and the girl who worked inside the store was extremely rude telling me that she already cleaned up the place and that she did not want to serve me. She rushed my order just to rush me out of the store with uncooked food. my mushrooms were raw when I asked them to be grilled she mixed up my order as well putting the wrong veggies in the wrap instead of the bowl because she was in a rush. They didn't have any rice eather. She was rolling her eyes and was very rude. Either close your store earlier if your staff doesn't like to work late or at least don't clean until the store hours are actually finished. I then called the owner to discuss the issue about his staff but yet the owner is also extremely rude and doesn't even care about his customers. He hung up the phone on my face. I called back and he said that it was harassment meanwhile I was just trying to explain the situation. This place deserves to be shut down for their terrible customer service. There's a reason why they already have bad reviews as it is. I would recommend anyone to go anywhere but this place they don't deserve any customers the way they treat people. Terrible service! No customer service at all. The owner is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compete disappointment. I ordered 3 rice bowls yet there was barely a scoop of rice in all 3. Out of the 3 one was a small but I wouldn’t have known since the quantity was the same. All looked like a small. My family was dissatisfied and I was left having to still make dinner. Never again!!!

I read several reviews and wanted to say that I have never had a bad experienced there. Thank you for working so hard and thank you for always trying to provide the best you can to people in Innisfil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable to come home to see this is what I was packaged, this is normal from this location. I was going to write a review that last time this happened but didn't because I felt bad, not this time. Hire staff that actually want to work properly and not have an attitude towards paying customers.
My review says it all, replying with a generic response that gets sent to every negative review you deal with just shows how unprofessional Pita Pit deals with these situations instead of rectifying the problem. I will make sure all my friends and family in Innisfil will never give this location/franchise again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben makes an AWSOME pita! ? wow! I got a large stuffed pita on white bread today. The young man “Ben” that served me was fantastic. He was funny, respectful and knows how to stuff a mean pita. This thing looks like a football but tastes so much better. Great job ??!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seem to keep giving them a chance but this is the worst pita pit I've ever been to... I would order the same thing each time and it looks completely different each time. Sometimes bowl half full (as I've posted), sometimes full... today I walked away with a half frozen, at least very cold falafel bowl that is half full and wasted $12 for something I can't eat
