Beware of this gas station! Normally I wouldn't waste my time writing a review but I feel people need to be warned about this place.2 weeks ago I had my credit card double charged. My credit card company texted me immediately to notify me. Within 20 minutes of being notified of the double charge I went back to Pioneer to tell the attendant. Figured quicker I get back to him, maybe easier to be fixed. Never in 20 years have I had a problem when I was doubled charged. I contact the dealer,explain what happened and it's fixed immediately. First of all, when I get there the guy working there barely remembers me. I said c,mon man I was here 20 min ago. I explained to him what happened, show him my text from my credit card company. He could hardly speak English which made it very difficult to talk to him.( That's another story) So he calls a help line to explain what happened. He says customer bought next cigarettes. I had already told him 5 times I got a red bull and Pall Mall. No next cigarettes. He never once asked me my name or my card info. Absolutely nothing. Let alone even understand what I bought. I might has well been talking to the wall. Very frustrating. After realizing there's no sense trying to explain to someone who doesn't speak English, I left. I then called my credit card company and they said they would look into it. A week goes by and no news. Yesterday I called the manager Omar and explained what happened. He was very nice and said he would look into it. He calls me back a few hours later and said that he can't see me on camera and has no info on my card. Now I'm confused. I told Omar why would I waste my time doing this. I was busy so I told him I would be in tomorrow. Today when I get there he says again I have no info or see you on camera. What does it even matter that he can't see me on camera. Just run the dam card. He makes a comment that people will say whatever. Now I'm getting angry. I have showed him 2 emails plus the invoice of being double charged. He is adiment that I wasn't there. After some screaming back and forth I told him enough. What are you doing about it! If nothing, I will have my credit card company investigate and it won't end well. He then lost it, he grabbed me money from the till a while yelling at me to not come back. I'm a liar and cheat. Then I lost it, throwing f bombs around and screaming back. As I drove away, Omar and his employee ran out of the store saying police are coming. For what, asking for a mistake to be fixed. I have been going to this store almost every day for a year now. I spend a lot of money there. This is how a regular customer is treated. I have never had any issues with Omar but over the last year, I have watched him treat his employee s like slaves but none of my business. Please Beware of Omar and his gas station. Probably the most disgusting customer service experience I have ever had!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences. I have been here many times. staff and management are really kind and have nothing but respect for their customers. Always friendly and helpful. Better gas prices , clean store and best washroom. New look of store since renovations were done last year.

Always great prices of gas. Convenient location with easy entrance and exit. I have been coming to this location for 2 years and always had good experience. Management Staff is friendly and delivers good customer service.Store is always clean and well maintained, looks great due to renovation completed last year. Only thing missing is Car wash, if they can get a car wash then it will become a perfect stop. I Like their loyalty Bonus bucks program.

Not the cleanest place. I show up at night and they don't let you in the store. Gas is 0.03 cents cheaper. At least it has that.
