Z	Zach McGaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable timelines for basic jobs with sky high pricing. This place made it difficult for me to spend my money and in the end I went elsewhere. When I was about to close on a quoted job the person who takes deposits "wasn't in". This was after I waited 3 weeks for a design appointment and another week for finalization on it. Was quoted $6K+ for a custom built in dresser about the size of a bathroom vanity. The timeline for the job was 8 - 10 weeks. I had it quoted elsewhere for half the price (for the exact same thing) It was built and installed in under 2 weeks. Don't waste your time here.

We didn't know what changes we wanted to make to our original kitchen but we gave them the space to use, and told them what sort of things we liked and didn't like and what we wanted. They came up with a really interesting design we discussed and changed until we were happy with it. The installation crew was perfect and the kitchen is what we wanted and more!. A couple of times communication was not ideal, but if you call them and talk with them, everything can be clarified.
B	B T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you employ a premier company with high pricing you expect the job done properly with excellent after sales customer service. Unfortunately they do not deliver. Pioneer installed the countertop with a bubble at the seam. We had to contact them twice over 5 months and then they told us it wasn't their problem as they contracted it out. The bubble is expanding and the counter will probably need to be replaced in under a year from installation. Extremely poor service.
