He took great care to help us find options that were extremely tasteful and within our budget, and even brought ideas as to other ways we could use them in our organization. As the Accreditation Chair for the 2022 BC Winter Games, it was my first time having to source and secure lanyards, pins & pin cards for these Games. The customer service was superb and Dave was always available if I had any questions or concerns. The pins arrived a few days earlier than scheduled and they were perfect! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave was superb, he dealt with patience and care with all my requests and back and forth and changing requirements. The lanyards produced are great, we use them primarily for our volunteer team. I found the prices very reasonable - yeah you just might get a teeny bit cheaper somewhere else, but you'd sacrifice the customer service and real attention to detail. (I know, I looked around a lot.) I needed to know and trust they would turn out exactly as we wished. They did, we are very happy & will use Pinsncrests again.
