Went yurt camping with some other families for the weekend. Yurts are in great condition and bbqs are fantastic with a side gas burner as well. The washrooms were kept clean. We didn't use the showers so can't comment on those

Pinery provincial park is a fantastic place for either a day use or camping. We have visited a couple times and every-time there is some good happening there. There is not much of winters activities in the area so we were surprised with all the options at Pinery. They have snowshoeing, Cross Country skiing, Tobogganing etc.. if you go at the right time the line ups are jot to bad, but this place can get sometimes really busy and have long lineups. Closer to other options like Grand Bend makes its an ideal spot. Will be visiting again.

We went for an camping 2 days back. Place was good and mainly properly maintained. All the restrooms were clean and the best thing is they don't have vault toilets everything is a proper ones and which is good. We enjoyed a lot. Good place for big family and friends.

First time here this weekend! Tons of camping, beautiful beaches! One improvement I would suggest would be more signs as to where to go for the site numbers at the mouth of the roads. Lack of signs in general make this park confusing to navigate, especially if it's your first time here. Careful about the thick poison ivy! It's everywhere in the sides of the campsites in the brush. Keep your dogs & kids away from these areas! Not sure if the authorities can do anything to safely spray this stuff. Otherwise a great park and we'll return when it's warmer!

The beach view is great! I won't recommend it for hiking tho. It's very flat. But a great place for camping! We went in mid-April and it was still cold. It snowed one night. You want to get prepared with a thick sleeping bag for -15/-20 degree temperature to keep warm.

Might be one of the best tent camping spots I've ever been to!!!! The area was so serene and private, and our camping ground was only neighboring. One other person who was quite some distance away, the showers were also incredibly impressive, large and very clean, I would highly recommend coming here for any novice to experience camper

Two stars for this park due to the following: 1. Only two fresh water/dump stations to service the whole park. Line ups are long and wait times are ridiculous. 2. Line ups to get into the park are long and you have to line up even if you are already registered. 3. Vegetation along the roads are not trimmed and brush your truck and camper. 4. Many sites are very difficult to get into even if you are experienced. 5. The roads are not organized in any way and are a bit of a maze with no clear exit markings. 6. You have to drive over 12kms to get to the dog beach. 7. The level if the sand in the fire pits need to be raised to ground level for efficient fire burning. 8. Beach is very far away to walk to and very steep. The good stuff: 1. Park is clean and quiet. 2. The bathrooms/showers are clean and well maintained. 3. Nice park store. 4. Nice trails. 5. Go to the Pinery Market on Sunday 9 to 4 for food, veg, trinkets, antiques etc.

Had a wonderful day outing! The trails are well managed and the beaches are pristine and beautiful. Went with my family and dog, so appreciated the trails being dog friendly and the separate dog friendly beach. It was a day well spent with some hiking, canoeing, ice cream and cooling down on the beach. We purchased the vehicle day use pass in advance which made the entry into the park hassle free.
