★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very old building, with really old appliances. The floors are scratched, the corridoor smells like pee. The rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The apartment manager, Renee is a crook. When there is a water leak, she won't call a plumber, but ask to put a bucket, until her husband finds time to fix it. She will ask a favor that she will lose the job if they call a plumber. But when the time comes to return the security deposit, she will turn the world upside down, to find something unclean and then keep the deposit.
