S	Susan Logan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shower doors & 3 lrg mirrors installed June 5 & I pd same day - chose local business. Added 2 robe hooks to order after install. Many delays due to covid absolutely understandable but thereafter every call/email was met with "lemme check with John" and follow ups were NOT returned. "They are extremely busy due to covid". I get it, Covid... however the "really big job"s they seem to prioritize over other orders, and those paid for within the hr of install. I followed up so many times that I've simply given up. Disappointed to say the least. Support local but don't bother with Pilkey's unless you're a "really big job" or John feels like doing business with you... Any chance google has negative stars???

Definitely recommend them to other trades and companies who know what they want right of the bat

Quoted this glass insert in plexiglass at another supplier and it was over $150 this replacement coffee table insert was under $100. Very please and far better quality than the original insert. I had custom mirrors made for my salon as well. Same great experience and competitive pricing.
R	Roderick P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially ordered the same strips of glass for my aquarium from another glass company in Concord who told me they would have it done the next day, only to follow up and never get a phone call back...Then I found Pilkey Glass, and not only were they less than half the price for the same order, they under-promised the time line, and over delivered. Excellent customer service from both folks I spoke to. Definitely going to refer my fellow marine (or anyone for that matter) reef folks to them when they're in need of exceptional service.

Their employees were courteous, the price was fair and turn around time was quick. Thank you Pilkey Glass! John came by to measure my bathroom for a new shower door. He explained a couple options and gave a time frame. His employee was back the next week to complete the install and I am so happy with their work. I will be using them again for my next bathroom renovation. :)
S	Steven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a mirror repaired by them and when I opened the packaged box, it has a small noticeable defect I'm the corner. Took it back for repair again. On second pick up, the staff put the mirror in the box without the foam protection it came with (mirror was literally loose in the box). I asked for them to put the foam protection in or else it'll break and they jammed it in carelessly and still didn't package it properly (foam was literally sticking out of the box and cant even close properly) which was unacceptable. The worst of it all was when one staff said "you want to pack it yourself?" and laughed about it. First, nothing was done for me to bring mirror back for a second trip as they did not offer for it to be delivered. Second, extremely unprofessional staff on pickup and took absolutely no care in packaging. Should've read all other negative reviews regarding professionalism as they have no respect for customers and the product.

We just had our foggy old kitchen bay window replaced by the Pilkey team and again they came through with excellent service, value and spirit. We have used Pilkey services four times over the past 5 years or so and it has alway been great. The have delivered what they had promised in a timely and cost effective manner. I highly recommend Pilkey. Always great!
