Her wonderful energy and lovely encouragement has helped me to advance in Pilates positions and supporting me to overcome previous back pain I used to experience. She is fabulous in every sense of the word.
From the moment you walk into the studio you are felt absolutely at ease and welcomed.
Grasie has one of the kindest personalities I have ever encounter and she makes Pilates fun!
This is my first time trying Pilates and I wanted to search out a dwtn location that offered private lesions.
Have researching all the studios I decided to reach out Carioca Wellness studio to book a private lesson...
This was 5 lessons ago and I can honestly say I am hooked on Pilates.
Grasie has been an AMAZING teacher and has the patience to help a clumsy lady like me.
If you are looking at trying Pilates, this is place to go!
And this STUDIO is impeccably clean and is sanitized after every use!
Fabulous during Covid times!!
